Our Role
Our facilitators are advocates of group process and are neutral on the issues and content of the group discussion. We serve as process and progress advocates, freeing the participants to concentrate on the content of the session.
We Provide Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF)
Our Professional Facilitators are independently certified by the International Association of Facilitators through their rigorous process of experience validation and competency demonstration. We also develop and assist other facilitators in preparing for certification through the Ascent Program, a process we developed and deliver for facilitators seeking the benchmark of certification.
We Use a Systems Approach
DLCG uses it's own systematic processes for Training, Consulting and Facilitation. Our planning ensures successful events. We have spent years researching and developing our own model for facilitation and consulting. Our experts are knowlegible in a wide variety of business specialties and always tailor the process to the client's specific needs. |
