SERVICE SUPPORT AGREEMENT
A Service Support Agreement is a blanket purchase agreement that allows people within an organization to gain rapid access to a professional consultant, facilitator, orcoach with a call to verify availability and a tasking to DLCG from their contracting officer. For the period of the service support agreement contract any consultant or facilitator you use during that period you will pay 1 fee level lower than the person qualifies for. This equates to a 10% to 20% discount depending on the qualifying level.
In addition to this we offer a billing cycle discount. This discount is an additional 5% off any labor rates on invoicing for a specific billing period where the hours billed exceed 100 but remain less than 300. If the billing hours exceed 300 hours in a specific billing period your discount will rise to 10% off for that billing period.
