Concepts and Practices of Group Facilitation
We designed this course around internationally accepted facilitator competencies and our unique DLCG facilitation model. It includes lecture, discussion, facilitation, and interactive training methods. We teach facilitation practices, values, principles and techniques.
Participants finish with usable tools, worksheets and skills to deliver credible facilitation of a wide variety of venues. The practicing facilitator leaves better able to pursue becoming a Certified Professional Facilitator. We deliver theory, practice and results.
