The Meeting Leaders Guide to Facilitation
This course teaches 5 models facilitators use all the time; Getting Started, "What" and FEMA Discussion Frameworks, Problem Solving and Conflict Treatment, along with the absolute basics of group facilitation. Our focus it to enable meeting leaders, facilitative leaders, and guerilla facilitators with the tools they need to create effective, every day, meetings. (Fall 2008)
Practical Strategic Planning
PsP is highly adaptable method developed for clients that are both time and resource constrained. We teach six activities used in a four part model that takes two to three days. We also offer a package of eight optional workshops, two for each part of the model.
Values-Based Strategic Planning
VBSP is method developed for organizations that seek a focused strategy based on values and principles. (Summer 2008)
Project Partnering
This workshop teaches facilitators, consultants and others how to conduct an initial Partnering Workshop. Partnering is bringing together participants of a contract or project to create shared goals and methods for dealing with issues as they arise.
Process Mapping
The most significant areas of systemic failure are organizational processes. This workshop teaches you how to use DLCG's EMT Mapping Technology to map and improve your processes. (Currently Under Development)
