Consulting Services

We provide experts in a variety of specialties associated with business, management, and leadership development. Particularly in strategy development, organizational metrics, process management, design, redesign and improvement.

Group Facilitation Services

We provide organizations with dynamic professional facilitators who facilitate executive teams and task forces in areas such as strategic planning, issue resolution, requirements analysis, process improvement, community engagement and conference forums.

Facilitation Training

We train your people in facilitation skills, and facilitation and consulting specialty skills. Several times a year we offer several of these workshops as public, open enrollment classes in the Washington DC area and also offer them in private setting for organizations in their facilities around the country.

At least ten (10) years of experience in another industry area. Masters Degree or Terminal Professional Degree. Maintains a current professional designation or equivalent.
  • Designs events to meet the facilitation needs of small, medium and large groups.
  • Conducts research into methods and techniques used in facilitating small, medium and large groups.
  • Researches, designs and writes on topics related to facilitation, facilitation training, and organization development.
  • Leads facilitation team conducting client interviews, small group focus groups, and other types of data gathering.
